plate. The plate gives a highly accurate, sharp image. The
pins are then cut using a specially made cutting die and
filled with enamel paints by hand using different sized
syringes. The color choices include any available from the
Pantone® Matching System.
The raised metal areas are cleaned of any excess paint and the
pins fired at low heat to seal the colors & give a luster
appearance. A clear protective epoxy finish can be applied to
the surface of your pins for extra durability to protect the
color enamels from fading or cracking over time.
